Phosphites
There are a number of substances with toxic properties for fungi that the plant is able to synthesize as a defense mechanism against attack by fungal endo-called fitoalexins, produced by the plant itself so naturally when the fungus and infected, inhibiting the multiplication of it. It has been shown that the use of phosphorous acid induces the hormone system of the plant to the formation of a greater amount of fitoalexins sufficient to stop aggressions.
